2. Data Sovereignty (GDPR/APDP)
ADA treats user data with the same security protocols as financial assets. Personal data collected (Email, Phone, Preferences) is used strictly for membership validation and concierge service delivery. We do not sell data to third-party brokers. Users retain full right of access, rectification, and erasure ('Right to be Forgotten') in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act.
3. Membership Terms
Acceptance into the Founder's Club is at the sole discretion of ADA. Membership grants access to negotiated rates and services but does not constitute an equity stake in the underlying partner assets unless explicitly stated in separate Real Estate Token Offering (RETO) documentation. Tokens/Passports are non-transferable without written consent.
4. Liability
While ADA vets all partners for quality and safety, the company acts as an intermediary platform. Service delivery (accommodation, transport, security) is the responsibility of the respective partner providers. ADA holds a limited liability insurance policy No. AXA-2026-ADA for platform-related errors.
